Join us for our 15th annual, fun and fast-paced portrait event May 18-21 especially for school-aged children. Due to the Blue Ridge Parkway closures, the event will be held at a different but equally wonderful location.
The Hickory Ridge Living History Museum (next to the Horn in the West and Boone Farmer's Market) will make for a wonderful setting for our event. We've created beautiful portraits here in the past and look forward to working here again.
We photograph one subject during each session. The subject can be a single child or a group of siblings. If you'd like for your children to be photographed singly and together, please sign up for multiple sessions.
Each session will last about 10 minutes and we'll present 12+ proofs at your ordering appointment. The session fee is $195 and the entire amount is credited towards your purchase. All of our studio products will be available at special event pricing with retouched, mounted, tabletop prints starting at $45. Portrait collections and wall art are available. Social media digital files and full-resolution companion files (printable up to 8x10") are offered with the purchase of select products.
After you register for your session, you'll schedule an ordering appointment where you'll see your proofs, select your favorites, and decide how you'll like to enjoy your printed portraits. Ordering appointments will be held at our studio (normal process) or if necessary, via a Zoom online meeting.
Safety guidelines for operating during the COVID-19 pandemic will be followed at all times and are outlined in the registration information.
